Flatpack Festival is happening next week (11-15 March). Over five days you can discover some of the best film, documentaries, animations and shorts out there by taking a journey through cinemas, warehouses and bars across Birmingham. Films will run headlong into live music and performance, and the magic of early cinema will mingle with new animation and graphics.
There is also an Installation Trail of work by current students and alumni from Birmingham City University. Based on the theme of pre- and early cinema, these will take over shop windows across the city centre. The Installation Trail opening 05/03/09 at Urban Outfitters on Corporation Street from 5.30pm.
