Our band rehearsal rates are very reasonable and we give discounts for block bookings and solo musicians. Because we are a music venue the Live Room is a great ‘real feel’ place to practice. Taylor John’s House can also provide you with a great space if you are thinking about recording an album. Studio time can be expensive but at Taylor John’s House we offer great rates in an easy to reach location.

We have previously rented the venue for photo shoots, birthday parties, fund raising events,training sessions and meetings, album launch parties and band rehearsals.
